Hey,

I was thinking of gaining some work experience as it usually looks good on your cv and i feel i would achieve some creative experience and skills.

The thing is i thought i would ask her for some advice on suggestions on how to or who to get in contact with certain companies.

do you have any advice or what the best kind of work experience would be.

I think youd be very lucky to get work experience in a top fashion company.
I think it would be good to try bridal shops which make there own designs or maybe do alterations so your at least close to top quality outfits and work with people who have a working knowledge of sewing/garment onstruction.
Maybe an independant dressmaker would take you on.Or try a gents tailors.

All that said,if you dont ask you dont get, so get in contact with as many different companies as possible.
